Join Yoga teacher Chloe and a small group to learn and practice Yoga in a friendly, non-intimidating way.
Whether you are completely new to Yoga or not, this class is for anyone who wishes to learn and practice yoga with a beginners mindset and really understand the foundations of Yoga.
Together we will cover: yoga asanas (postures), basic meditation, and simple pranayama (breathwork).

Join Yoga teacher Chloe and a small group for a Beginners Yoga course, perfect for anyone who is new to yoga or wishing to really improve their foundational knowledge of yoga. You can join the full 5 week course here or book a drop-in class (select Beginners Yoga: Drop in).

Each week we will be practising yoga asanas (postures), basic meditation, and simple pranayama (breathwork).
